Weekly Group Sessions

Each weekly session will be facilitated by Stacey Lievens, Master GIST Practitioner, who will teach you how to increase your energy, sharpen your focus, and expand your awareness to tune into possibilities for your life. Then she’ll show you how to use your energy to structure patterns of energy and information into the manifestation of new realities.
Every session will focus on a different quadrant of the GIST Process. You’ll also share your gratitude, intentions, gain help with unlocking stuck energy, ask questions, hear from other community members, and experience the GIST Process in action.
Harry Massey, the creator of The GIST Process, will regularly join to help educate and lead guided meditations designed to teach the subconscious mind the new patterns of success you wish to achieve. Through these creative visualizations, you’ll discover emotional blocks holding you back from creating your greatest dreams.
